Able Safety Consulting was better than the other providers that I used before. They answered the phone on the first try when I had some questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

1) How does a "training card" prevent "slipping?" This was the answer to one of the questions... 2) The background music on the videos is distracting and makes it difficult to hear the narrator. 3) Throughout the course, there were at.lesst 2 times when the exact same video was played in a different.module - that is a waste of time. 4) Why did you have a huge section of personal fall arrest systems, when you already have an 8 hour course covering that already (and many of the same videos are showed in both courses). And most of this PFAS presentations didn't even tell how it relates to scaffolding. 5) There was a section on weather and it never mentioned how it related to scaffolding. 6). You had a section on wearing hardhats, gloves, substantial footwear, eye protection and hearing protection - this is general.knowledge so why waste time on covering that? 7) You had a section on construction permits, not just scaffolding permits, why are you wasting time discussing all types of construction permits, when this course is about workers using scaffolding for access, and working on. 8) I thought this course was for workers that needed to either perform their work from a.scaffold, or use it to access a work site, yet you had SO much content about designing, building, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling. Does this completion of this course count as certification to perform any of these tasks? If not, then why do you have it here? 9). Much of the time when there was an explanation of how to construct the scaffold, you used terms, but never showed a picture of what you were discussing.... 10) On the PFAS section, if I recall properly, one of the suggest tie-offs was to a structural member of the scaffold itself....if the scaffold collapsed, what good would this tie off do? Also, if that worker fell, would he not possibly cause the scaffold to tip over? 11) In conclusion, there seemed to be much more content (especially when you repeated videos several times in .different modules) than was necessary to "allow" a worker to access a scaffold. I think this course needs a serious review to eliminate extraneous content that doesn't pertain to a worker gaining access to a.scaffold for either using it for his job duties, or just to access part of the job site
