The Toolbox Talk online course covered important safety concepts and offered plenty of practical information, but the session felt a bit light on new material. The main portion took about 45 minutes, with the remaining time focused mostly on revisiting the same topics. Adding more interactive scenarios could make the course more engaging and help participants retain the information better. That said, the teaching method definitely works since I’ve scored highly on two courses so far, which shows the material is presented effectively. Overall the content was informative, but expanding it to fully use the two-hour session would make it even stronger.
